Lakeshore MedArts is a multi unit medical office facility located in Lakeshore, Ontario. A former Knights of Columbus facility, the building was compltley renovated and expanded with a new addition. The building houses 12 medical office suites along with a pharmacy and large common seating area.

The building utilizes a modern mix of dark unit masonry, corrugated metal siding, standing seam metal roofing and an EIFS finish system. Large expanses of glass work to bring natural light deep into the buildings in order to create a light, airy feel to visiting patients and to create an ideal work environment for medical staff.
